Cherry Spring Properties is a family-owned business; we own and manage a small collection of properties that range in size from studios to multi-bedroom houses and duplexes. Many of our units are located near Seattle University, and are on a leasing schedule that coordinates well with SU’s academic calendar, September 1 – August 31.

While studio and 1-bedroom apartments are not listed on the website, they occasionally become available. Please contact us directly about these smaller units.
